MORRISVILLE, N.C., April 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Alliance One International, Inc.(NYSE:AOI) today announced that it received notice on April 1, 2015 from the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") that it has regained compliance with the NYSE's continued listing standards, after the average closing share price of its common stock for the 30 trading days ended March 31, 2015 and the closing price of its common stock on March 31, 2015 exceeded $1.00.

Alliance One will continue to monitor its ongoing compliance with the NYSE's continued listing standards.
