MORRISVILLE, N.C., June 21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Alliance One International, Inc. (NYSE:AOI) today announced the pending retirement of Norman A. Scher from the Board of Directors, effective as of the 2016 Annual Shareholders Meeting.
