MORRISVILLE, N.C., June 26, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Alliance One International, Inc. (NYSE:AOI) today announced the pending retirement of Carl L. Hausmann from the Board of Directors, effective as of the 2018 Annual Shareholders Meeting.
