Corporate Communications Manager

We are looking for a skilled and polished Communications Manager who can lead a Communications Department within an international agribusiness. This position is for someone who has done this before and has proven experience managing stakeholder relationships, working in a rapidly changing industry, and creating targeted content. You will be responsible for thinking of different and better ways to manage communications, internally and externally, and staying on top of industry trends.  You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with individuals across a variety of business functions in 30 countries around the world.


  • B.A.
  • 7 years of experience in communications or PR
  • Excellent writer, strong editing and proofreading skills, excellent research and analysis abilities. Expertise in using different styles to reflect the nature of the stakeholder, audience and message.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical language into every day English
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Ability to think strategically, be flexible and work with diverse groups
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Agency experience a plus.


  • Development and implementation of external and internal communication strategy.
  • Drafting and editing various communication materials. Responsible for ensuring brand continuity throughout all material. (Ex: letters, reports, executive communication material, press releases, internet & intranet pages, etc.)
  • Create awareness of corporation’s core values, culture and business objectives.
  • Assist senior management in developing speeches and presentations.
  • Act as company spokesperson as needed.
  • Develop and manage relationships between the corporation and various external stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with materials vendors, marketing/design agencies and lobbyists.
