Robert E. Harrison

Mr. Harrison has served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President since August 16, 2007, and Chief Executive Officer and President from January 2007, through August 2007, and he served as President and Chief Operating Officer from the merger of DIMON Incorporated and Standard Commercial Corporation in May 2005, through December 2006.  Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Standard Commercial Corporation from August 1996 and as its Chairman from August 2003. 

Mr. Harrison joined Standard in July 1995 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and served in the latter position until April 1998.  Prior to joining Standard, he was employed by R.J. Reynolds Tobacco International for 17 years, including a number of positions in the Far East.

J. Henry Denny
Executive Vice President – Global Operations

Mr. Denny has served as Executive Vice President – Global Operations from July 2009, previously he served as Regional Director of North and Central America from June 2006 through July 2009, and as Director of Leaf Purchasing for North America from May 2005 through June 2006.

Mr. Denny served as Director of Leaf Purchasing for North America for DIMON Incorporated from 1995 until May 2005 and has been with the Company since 1973.

Robert A. Sheets
Executive Vice President – Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Sheets, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since April 1, 2008, previously served as a member of the Board of Directors and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Standard Commercial Corporation until its merger with DIMON Incorporated in May 2005.

J. Pieter Sikkel
Executive Vice President – Business Strategy and Relationship Management

Mr. Sikkel has served as Executive Vice President – Business Strategy and Relationship Management since April 2007, and he previously served as Regional Director of Asia for Alliance One International, Inc. from May 2005 through April 2007.

Mr. Sikkel joined Standard Commercial Corporation in 1983 and held various positions in S. Korea, Philippines and Thailand before becoming Country Manager of China serving from 1991 until 1999 when he was appointed Regional Director of Asia.

Henry C. Babb
Senior Vice President - Chief Legal Officer and Secretary

Mr. Babb has served as Senior Vice President - Chief Legal Officer and Secretary since the merger of DIMON Incorporated and Standard Commercial Corporation in May 2005, having previously served as Senior Vice President - Public Affairs, General Counsel and Secretary of Standard from April 2004.

Mr. Babb joined Standard in December 1997 as Vice President - Public Affairs and General Counsel, was appointed Secretary in June 1998, and was appointed Senior Vice President for Legal in April 2004. Prior to joining Standard, Mr. Babb practiced law for 28 years, including 27 years as a partner with a law firm in Wilson, North Carolina.

Michael K. McDaniel
Senior Vice President - Human Resources

Mr. McDaniel has served as Senior Vice President - Human Resources since the merger of DIMON Incorporated and Standard Commercial Corporation in May 2005, having previously served as Senior Vice President - Human Resources of Standard from April 2004.

Mr. McDaniel joined Standard as Director - Human Resources in November 1996, was elected Vice President - Human Resources in June 1997, and was appointed Senior Vice President for Human Resources in April 2004. From 1995 through November 1996 he was a partner in a human resources consulting firm, and from 1978 through 1995 he was Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development for the City of Wilson, North Carolina.

William D. Pappas
Senior Vice President - Chief Information Officer

Mr. Pappas has served as Senior Vice President - Chief Information Officer since the merger of DIMON Incorporated and Standard Commercial Corporation in May 2005, having previously served as Chief Information Officer of DIMON from December 2004.

Mr. Pappas joined DIMON as Vice President - Information Technology in March 1998 and was appointed Vice President - Chief Technology Officer in October 2001. From March 1996 through March 1998 Mr. Pappas was a Director of Consulting at an information technology consulting firm In Atlanta, GA. Previous to this, Mr. Pappas served for 25 years in the United States Coast Guard, serving in various roles in aviation and information technology.
